Who Am I?

I transform traditional security practices by embedding human factors, systems thinking, and a willingness to challenge conventional norms. With a background working for the UK government and strong ties to leading academic researchers, I bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world application.

In industry, I’ve built on that foundation to help organisations align security with the way people naturally work—making it more intuitive, sustainable, and effective. My creative, people-first approach enables teams to reimagine their security strategies, fostering safer environments through collaboration and innovation.

I believe in learning from individuals, harnessing their unique strengths, and creating space for them to lead the way.

I have brought this approach and the creativity to working at the LEGO Group and Natwest Bank.

I also help advise vendors on how to grow their product to make it stand up in a very saturated market.
